Guidelines for invited and special session proposals
Proposals for invited and special sessions are invited, in line with the conference topics of interest (see Call for Papers).
An invited session proposal should include:
- a Summary Statement, describing the motivation and relevance of the proposed session,
- invited paper titles and author names.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through PaperCept, no later than
February 1, 2016 February 15, 2016 (extended deadline). For detailed instructions, see Online submission.
In addition, prospective authors must submit FULL versions of invited papers electronically, using the PaperCept Conference Management System. Each such paper must be marked as “Invited Session Paper” and submitted in the Invited Session Paper category (see Online submission).
Please note that invited session papers must follow the regular technical paper formatting guidelines.
